A little bird tells me...
...that Wyre Forest Tory Cabinet Member John-Paul Campion is none too pleased with our "Dud Hub" story (scroll down and see below).
Had he been at last week's "Shared Services Scrutiny" he would have heard members of ALL parties - including his own - complaining to the Chief Executive about the total inadequacy of the current Hub telephone answering (or more accurately queue holding service) in Wyre Forest!
